I absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful decoration and ambiance. The common areas were so elegant and welcoming, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and elevators throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to receive more training in customer service. A polite and friendly demeanor goes a long way in making older guests feel comfortable and valued.

Great value for money and spacious rooms with a balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and multilingual, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of food options.

I chose Lavia Hotels Lara solely because of its proximity to Park Aqua, which I wanted to visit so much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at the 24-hour front desk. Their ability to speak multiple languages and their willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. , I loved that the hotel offered local and international alcoholic beverages as part of their all-inclusive service, along with a variety of dining options including African, American, and Pizza cuisine. The buffet breakfast and lunch were also a delight to indulge in every morning.
Some staff need politeness training. Long check-in time.

The overall service at this hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff fulfilling every luxurious need. the spa and wellness centre was particularly impressive, with a range of treatments including full body massages and Turkish baths. the outdoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, was spacious and offered easy beach access. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of food and the bar/lounge area provided a relaxing space to enjoy snacks and drinks. Cons: Although the experience at this hotel was near perfect, there was a minor issue with the karaoke night being too loud and long. Apart from this, the venue provided a great atmosphere with its beautiful garden area and entertainment options.
